Affiliate Program rules AzartPartners
General principles, accounts and security
- Before starting, every Affiliate participating in the Affiliate Program AzartPartnersmust carefully read and accept these Affiliate Program terms.
- Cooperation with the Affiliate Program AzartPartners is open to legal entities and individuals aged 18 or over. An individual Affiliate accepting the Program terms is personally responsible for meeting the age requirement.
- To access the Affiliate Program system, the Affiliate AzartPartners is given a username and password, which they must personally protect from loss and disclosure to third parties. The Affiliate Program is not responsible for the security of these confidential credentials.
- The Affiliate Program AzartPartners may change its rules without the Affiliate’s consent. All Affiliates will be notified of changes in advance by email. The rules published on the Program website are the rules in force. A history of rule changes will be maintained in each Affiliate’s personal account.
- The Affiliate Program AzartPartners may refuse to work with any Affiliate without giving a reason.
- The Program uses the Last cookie wins rule: a player is assigned the referral code of the Affiliate whose advertisement they last followed before registering at the casino.
- Transferring or selling accounts to third parties without prior approval from the administration is prohibited.
- The Affiliate Program AzartPartners does not provide Affiliates with confidential information or player data beyond what they can view themselves in their personal Affiliate Program account.

Traffic, sources and restrictions
- The Affiliate Program may request information about an Affiliate’s traffic sources at any time. If the Affiliate does not provide information about where they advertise the casino, the Program may freeze payouts. For websites, provide the URL or an alternative domain path; for display or arbitrage traffic, an example advertisement and a screenshot of the advertising account; for social media communities, streaming channels or mobile apps, valid links. If advertising is in a language not used in the Program, the Affiliate must translate it on request.
- The Affiliate Program strictly prohibits any form of spam without prior approval.
- The Affiliate Program strictly prohibits incentivized traffic. If detected, the Program may close the Affiliate’s account without prior notice or payment of earned funds.
- The Affiliate Program prohibits cookie stuffing and similar cookie substitution schemes. If detected, the Program may close the Affiliate’s personal account in the system AzartPartners  without paying out the earnings held in that account.

Commission plans, negative balances and sub-affiliates
- The standard commission plan is 35% RevShare, calculated as: Affiliate earnings = (Deposits − Withdrawals − Games fee − Payments fee) × 35%.
- Negative balances in the current reporting period are carried forward to the next period. A jackpot win may be an exception.
- If an Affiliate refers to the Affiliate Program AzartPartners  people who wish to become new Affiliates (sub-affiliates), referral bonuses will be credited;
- Referral bonuses equal 5% of the earnings of all referred sub-affiliates during the reporting period.

Promotional materials and their use
- The Program provides multimedia and text materials for promoting projects by prior arrangement. Affiliates may also write their own descriptions using information available on the Casino website, provided it is expressed in their own words. If website text is copied without stylistic changes, the Program may terminate cooperation with the Affiliate.
- The Program may require accurate information in reviews of its projects on affiliate websites. If deliberately false information differs from project websites, the Program may suspend cooperation.
- The Program may require replacement of outdated links, logos, screenshots and other promotional materials. If the Affiliate refuses, payouts may be postponed indefinitely until they are replaced.

Fraud and rule violations
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from opening personal casino accounts through their own referral links. If detected, the administration will immediately block the personal accounts of the Affiliate and their referred players, and all funds in those accounts will be irreversibly forfeited to the casino. This rule also applies to the Affiliate’s family members and close acquaintances.
- The Program may adjust the Affiliate’s balance by the amount the casino gained or lost through fraudulent player activity. Such adjustments may be made at any time after the fraud is discovered, without a time limit.
- The Program may block an Affiliate’s account for public defamation, unfounded criticism, insults or threats directed at Support, the Program administration or Program projects.
- Providing deliberately false information about traffic sources will result in suspension of cooperation.
- Creating or reserving the promo codes of other streamers or affiliates to steal traffic is prohibited.
- If the Program or Casino administration has reason to suspect an Affiliate of violating Program rules, the account may be blocked and payouts frozen indefinitely pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the Program may withhold all payouts to the Affiliate.
- In a dispute, the Affiliate must provide the Program with evidence supporting their position and their proposed solution. In turn, the Affiliate Program AzartPartners  is always willing to consider the Affiliate’s arguments and seek a solution as impartially and fairly as possible for both parties. The Program’s decision is final and cannot be reviewed or appealed.
